The Rutherford Arts Council once again participated in the Woman’s Club of Rutherford Pumpkin People in the Park. This year, we went with the theme “Black and White”, and residents donated an amazing variety of pumpkins. The display was later used to hand out candy at our booth at the borough’s Halloween festivities.
